  • Sales Force Automation - eiCRM enables sales representative to track, share and manaeg their leads, opportunities and accounts. Through the use of dashboard, and reporting eiCRM provides everything that your sales force needs to increase sales and profitability.

  • Opportunity Management - By keeping track of opportunities as they arise, eiCRM enables you to manage each deal from start to end. 
  • Contact Management - eiCRM brings together all the information regarding your contacts including email (when hosted by Eintel), call logs  (on supported PABX systems). Keeping all information regarding contacts in one place provides staff with a consistent view of contact information.
  • Account Management - By using eiCRM reporting and account management tools, sales and marketing staff will be able to better target accounts and build more profitable relationships. From a single page users will be able to see everything they need to know about a client.

 

Eintel has enhanced the standard CRM offering in order to provide customers with a localized and enhanced CRM product. Our enhancements include;

  • Mobile Access - Access eiCRM using either the live web interface or the isam ipad/iphone application.

  • Email Archiving - We have created a system that takes a copy of all the emails to and from your email system. It then matches those emails against the email addresses in the CRM records. The CRM will then list all emails related to that address. This means that all staff are able to view interactions with the client over email. This means if your accounts department is having a discussion regarding outstanding accounts, the sales person responsible will be able to monitor the conversation.
  • Advanced reporting via Zoho Reports and Jasper Reports. The business intelligence and Reports module in eiCRM enables users to pull important information from other systems (such as ERP/Accounting packages etc) and display that information within the eiCRM inteface. A good example is showing what product categories a customer has been spending over a period of time

  • Google Documents integration. With many companies (small and large) now moving their docuemnts to the cloud Eintel provides a way to link these documents to your CRM records. Using a module that is only available to hosted customers it is possible to create, link and edit Google documents fom the CRM interface.
  • Advanced Project Management: Eintel has taken the standard project management module and enhanced it to include such features as;
    • Gantt Charts
    • Assigning multiple users to a projet
    • Project tempaltes - Provide the ability to define a standard project which can then be used as a template. This saves having to create the same project tasks for each new project.
    • Time management. Using the Eintel timesheets module it is possible to track the time spent on a project and compare this with time originally estimated at the start of the project.
  • Workflow Integration (Business Process Management) - Eintel has created 2 modules for those requiring workflow features;

  • Basic Workflow - Enables users to initiate simple processes (such as sending an email etc) when a record changes.
  • Advanced Workflow - Where more advanced workflow requirements exist Eintel has created an module that integrates with the Opensource BPM software package by Bonitasoft. This opens up endless possibilities, and enables eiCRM to be used to initiate and interact with more advanced business processes.

  • Time Sheets - The ability to track staff times against leads, projects etc is critical in the analysis of effort spent to gain a sale or lead. The module included with eiCRM provides an interface for staff to enter timesheets against CRM records and for Management to analyze.
